Not a bad way to get to work. Beautiful morning. In fact, it's been a fantastic few weeks it cannot be denied.

Rode up to the old Ski Village today from Kelham Island.. what a beautiful day!

I used to go to allnighters here in the early 2000s .. namely NY Sushi or Phonetics .. watching the sun rise over the city was a sight to behold..

The Safeway on Infirmary Rd nr Langsette Cycles ?

Yes.. It's built on what used to be Parkwood Springs after the slum clearance..

If you head down Penistone rd from the city center.. in the direction of the Sheffield Wednesday ground.. it's on the top of that hill behind Kelham Island.

Friday 100k, making the most of it before the weather takes a turn for the worst. Every other time I've done that distance it's always been where the 60% point gets me back near home turf and the rest of it is local routes, bit of a safety net type of thing. Abandoned that idea today and kept pretty far instead, last 10k felt a bit of a grind but overall great.
