I’ll probably strip the Syncros and polish it up as it’s a bit dull(?) if that’s the right word. Like @abr303 did with the one he sold.

I'd recommend trying a polish beforehand. I've done this with success to an untouched silver Syncros stem. Even with the decals still on it polished up quite nicely

I’m not sold on the Syncros though, may go with a black ritchey or salsa

Got some vpti 105 titanium axle flat pedals reserved for me so those will be fun once I get ahold of them

Also thinking silver use post? I know it’s not layback but can always move the saddle backwards
