1989 Brodie Romax - finished pics page 6

Re:

Wow the paint job ist really unique Adrian ;)
The Brodies with a long head tube I like getting better and better.

On the first picture everything still looks harmonious. I would build it exactly like this (only with black xt chainrings).
As seatpost black 730 and as stem Salsa or maybe Nitto.

What a great looking frame, I'm really pleased it fits you...

Re:

Thanks for all the nice comments gents.

Appreciate you keeping an eye out for the parts Nick.

Nader, I will be keeping the build reasonably simple I think. The stem and post are always things I look for first. I like the Ritchey stem that came fitted to it but I want something bit a noodle or cable stop rather than one mounted on the steerer.

Not sure that it fits me Al but it will be ridden one way or another ;)

Re:

Thinking that this Ritchey Force stem might do the job (until I find a fillet brazed one or a Salsa)...

That's a really nice one, I have the same one for my Ti Merlin. Those 1" Ritchey force noodle stems are quite rare. You should definitely paint it to match the frame

Re:

i wondered where this one went too - i too emailed the seller but no response. I thought it was too good to be true......I could have lived with that!
