They work well at keeping gloop off the nose of a water bottle. Still pays to squirt some out, to clear the nozzle, before drinking.

A grey day and, at just 2°C or thereabouts, not exactly prime riding weather; however, it was the first time that I've been able to ride more than a couple of miles or so since July 8th, and that meant it was a good day to ride. I was conscious of some loss of fitness, and I definitely didn't want to undo my ankle's best efforts at recovery, so it was a cautious, getting-into-the-swing-of-it-again gravel ride for fifteen miles today. Until the last mile, when I thought, 'I've survived. Go for it!' and did.

Was a frosty bbbbrrrrrr one today was gonna go for a DH blast at the usual Wednesday flying circus training spot on train but went to pick up the beast and got roped into work related ninjary and missed the train, but some young guy rang in yesterday and wanted to have a propa look round and out back of warehouse so duties got in the way

anyway ended up getting some afternoon local exploring and techy river side bashing then had a good over the bars later on after finding some new unexpected wooded bits, then after reaching the top and coming back down into a scrub lost the front end into some brambles and got launched into some further brambles, managed a nice attempt at a tuck over the shoulder to upsided turtle position but shoulder took full blast to frozen ground which I also had forgotten about, luckily no harm done just a bit sore ahaha it’s always the outta the blue ones could easily been a collar bone and a painful hike and coast to ane
