Bit frazzled this morning after last nights pleasant result. No booze just a late (for me) mid-week snooze. That said, got to get the ride in this morning. 11 degrees, light NW breeze, warming to 13 and the sweat on. Loads of dew so soaked arms and legs, but under-tyre, not bad considering the rain at the start of the week. Like most places, all of July's rain fell in a few days.
Don't tell me about rabbits.
They just ate all my lupins☹
However I ate lunch in Tintern with the in-laws, involving a 20 mile forest round trip
Perfect!
Rode to the local bike swap for the Yeti’s shakedown.
Paul Brown (Tom Ritchey cohort and former owner of Cycle Dynamics) was there. I got to hear some great stories from him. He has a very unique 1987-ish Ritchey-built frame/fork/stem for sale in addition to countless Campy bits.
