Today's Ride

Re:

Today-Wednesday-Sunny Fall day, about 72 F. -Rode up to the stone circle on the ridge to the North of my house-This one is not that long of a climb, about 20 minutes from the bottom to the top, but so hard and so steep it really takes it all out of you by the finish-Great 360 degree views, though...

Is this the hill where Woz discovered what a granny is really for?
Nah, this one is quite a bit harder-not saying the way I took Woz up wasn't tough, 'cause it is-it's really steep-But today's climb is almost, but not quite (For me) unmakeable. When I get to the top of today's climb, I generally collapse for about 5-10 minutes, drooling and sweating profusely-but with a good feeling that I still can make that hill...

Re:

Yeah I guess it is a labyrinth-it's like a pinwheel that spins into the center. :) Today-Thursday-Warm, about 74 F.-Rode with Warren and CK up to Tamarancho today, about 900' up to the West...

 God that was severe that climb! Admittedly, I was a little chubbier than usual too
just to make it more difficult.

Great pics as always fellas!

Re:

All that talk of climbing made me think. 29 miles, 1600ft and two flats. Up to Broadway Tower via Stanway Hill.

Then a fairly flat but very cold and windy return. You can see the tower on the horizon.

Thanks - a dot on the landscape to me. I note you have good weather, you could not see that far here due to usual rain and greyness.
