NOS 95 Raleigh Ti framesets. Opinions?

Just found it, apparently they were $2000 CAD new!

Just found it, apparently they were $2000 CAD new!

I think the seller is pulling our collective legs on that one. Seems odd to me that no one on here can name the frame model. Maybe Raleigh experimented with some newer design after JT left, had someone knock out a few frames, and then pulled the plug on it.

I've seen them before, pretty sure there was a number in the model.
Also realised the seat tube is a different diameter to the Torus.
