Went looking for some carbon gripper paste so I can fit a new carbon seatpost, nowhere in Aberdeen has any :facepalm: last resort was Halfrauds who were very helpful and offered to sell me the half used tube that they had left, the stuff their "mechanics" used, I told them to keep it as they'd need it more than I would.
I couldn't believe how empty the bike dept was, where there used to be rows of bikes it was empty, I jokingly said "someone steal all the bikes?" :lol: but apparently it's been like that for weeks, no wonder I see shitty BSO's advertised for £200 on Gumtree etc! :shock:

I was in the local bike shop, appropriately called ‘ the bike shop’ last week and he was almost out of bikes and he said he couldn’t get any stock at all, water bottles, jerseys, jackets etc.
Crazy times but hopefully all these new riders will keep at it once we go back to some sense of normal times.
