Great to hear you're OK THM and making a good recovery. Makes my weekend session on the turbo trainer seem even more pathetic than I thought! My dad had heart surgery last year, but with a good dose of physio he's pretty much back to his normal self - it even sorted out a few other health issues he'd been having. Take it easy and don't rush.
