1992 Scott Super Evolution Project, (FINISHED!!)

ok soo i got my laptop back from repair today  soo pics that:ve been long kept waiting are here :D parts only till the weekend, i hope..

if anyone has spare cages for these. message me, as i like the look of them but can't ride them without cages or clip adapters. but i don't really want to ride clips.

Ok, so i'm going too my bike shed tonight, late night, i may build her up with the new parts tonight, or tomorrow morning, either way, so far as i know i'm still waiting on all my cables and a headset :? but it'll be a geared rolling chassis by the time this weekend's over. i could do with some new canti pads at some point and new tyres too, but it's very useable right now, i may go modern on the wheels soon though, as i came into some 12 spoke tioga things that are front disc (new hub) so i may lace these.

Ok, So she's DONE!!! well for now, new saddle at somepoint, and new rear casette soonish, i have a few pics of it done, and a few pictures of the cave  which is well stocked i think, for a 16 year old anyways, pics below :D

Looking good mate, but your front mech is far too high, you will lose your chain over your top ring :!: move it down so the outer plate of the mech is about two mm above the outer ring and it will shift much nicer.
see picture.

 i did notice that i was losing the chain on the top ring, but it won't drop any lower at all, it's litterally on the weld for the BB, By the way, (spin envy  )

scott

If you get a chance and a few quid you will have to replace that mech as it is the wrong type you need one with a higher bracket (above the adjusters and not below).p.s. spinergy,no spins here
