1992 Marin team issue - restored and ridden

Marin rockstar tan walls sorted now. Sidewalls look a bit dry and a bit of damage but you can’t complain for £7.99

Would anyone want to swap my rc-35’s for a set of manitou 1’s/rc-30’s ? I can service them and get them looking nice again or trade for something of similar condition.

Gave the wheel set a quick clean, shame the rims are basically worn through.




Bearings still smooth

I put some paint stripper on the frame to get rid of the clear coat, it looks a lot nicer now.

But of course still scratched to hell.

And that’s just after paint stripper, I haven’t polished it yet.

Yep gonna do that tomorrow. Though some of the damage even the majesty of autosol can’t fix

Just don't do right through the nickel plate!

Its looking better already, just for stripping the clear off.

I foresee an oily rag or a tin of acf50 in your future.....
