    Cardiac, Fusion and Soul all have the same geometry per the 1998 catalogue. I wonder if they all came as the same frame, just outfitted with varying componentry.

    I guess I should also mention that the Hammer has "H 14.5" and the Blizzard has "B 18.5" stamped on the BBs. Those are the sizes of the frames, natch. Almost seems like a Rocky frame number index needs to be established.

    I have a 98 Blizzard with Ritchey dropouts - my wife's 98 Hammer has the Rocky Mountain dropouts as pictured on your frame. If what you have is a Blizzard, it would have to be after 1998, I believe that is the last year they used Ritchey tubing for the frames.

    Bar ends from BITD

    In total agreement on the comfort issue. When I bear down and go into time trial mode on a dry land training ride, there isn't anything like those Steerhorns.

    Here are two styles of Syncros Steerhorns. The trouble I've found with the style on the left is that the 'set screw' has to be cranked tight to the point of crimping the end of the handlebar in order to gain sufficient purchase to hold tight.
