I'll go with 95 - minor decals and seatpost clamp match, 96 were different. But I think it looks like a 18.5, not a 17.5. In which case it would be Gump-sized not Anthony-sized.

eBay says shippage would be $140.
 
Um, this is my listing. Sorry if I've violated a site protocol by not giving heads up. I'm afraid I might be blowing someone's cover whenever I think of posting an eBay 'find' here.

g, I think you may be right about the fillet/tig thing - it's just that the paint seems so thick on the headtube joints that it is hard to tell. But I'm still pretty sure it's a 1995.

A, here's a photo of the frame with a measuring tape. The tape stop is lined up against the top of the seat tube, which is cut off at an angle.

Very nice Jason. I am looking for a 91 really now though. Have the forks, stem, bars and post waiting... have been for some time :(

That drain hole had a little plug thing with a rubber nipple/one way valve type thing. Looks like the last year they did this as gone on my 96, was there on my 93.
