What projects are you working on?

British Eagle BOSS! Damn my eyes

Did it start out bright yellow in colour? Getting some replacement BOSS decals made up?

I've got the MBA test of the mammouth. no chainstay/ seatstay bridges on that sucka, plus weird real long back brake routing.

I wouldnt have guessed Boss either ;D

When I got it off eBay (for only £15 with tange bigforks) it was sold as primed ready for paint but a quick go at it with some peek cleaner brought it up quite well, so I think I will keep it polished for a while, and call me a snob but ............ do you think a british eagle is a cool retro bike :?: , Dont you think I should just keep people guessing when they see her :?:

Why not. If you like it, it's cool.
I actually reckon it'd be pretty safe with a nice set of BOSS decals on it.

Here's my latest project. Not as 'chi-chi' as some but it's going to get used.

1995-ish bontager race.

Currently deciding what to built it up with. Thinking 8 speed XT and a few bontrager bits. Probably not the sort of frame which suits being draped in Ringle and other trickery.
As for forks will have to see. Either some hopped up Judy's or a butchered set of sids.

Hoping to find Cook Bros E or RSR cranks.

- Cook E cranks in blue 175mm standard
- Flite Evo 1 saddle

Bought a Vitus lugged aluminium frame with new Switchblades today. Finally something to put the purple Grafton canti's on

Are those Vitus frames considered a bit sturdy?
