I'm going to lock this again.

As per the previous thread that was locked this seems to basically be a complaint about an eBay transaction. The buyer accepted the resolution offered and as such as far as I can see the case is closed. End of.

I'd agree there are imperfections but given the frame was sold as used and given you'll do more damage building it up (and on the first ride) I'm not sure what you want.
