interesting brakesBrival, not heard of the either. Some beautiful details all over, just plain nice. Possibly a small builder or sub contractor.

That has real potential, think its 60s, drop out would appear to be transitional as you say. Chainstay mount and drop out mount. Here we are - don't recognise the brand M Poirot. 60s / 70s? Cheap as chips. Some elbow grease and parts needed.
Interesting rear DS drop-out. Looks like some transition period going on.

Yes, can't be many left in that condition surely?
Or passing on to family, friendsAgree - it's that kind of accessory which just got unbolted one day, thrown to the back of the garage waiting for a spring clean and then off to the tip. Guess we need to remind ourselves too that selling cast off stuff back then was either word of mouth, wait for a street flea market, or a local ad in the local newspaper.
Yes, well done but not over restored. Most parts you see mirror polished were never finished like that originally. I wonder how comfortable shellac tape is to ride on though.Got to give it to the guy who did that restoration - the child seat, shellac on the cloth bar tape, red frame just oozes quality and a keen eye.
