If you mean his tires-
You could spend a lot more money, saving a lot less weight, in places where it won't do nearly as much good.
There's not a lot of support for the 26" format anymore. His products are aimed solidly at racers. There are are some randonneur things there too. But that's also turning into racing lately. I'm happy with his tires, and glad someone bothers to produce them.
