"im not a robot" things, or "where's wally" if anyone remembers Books.

I've been riding modern bikes almost exclusively this year so I decided to take the old Stumpy out for a blast today. It took a while to get used to it again but I had that old hand-in-glove feel back by the end. The 29er I've been trying out is undoubtedly more capable on the tame local trails — in almost every respect except generating enjoyment.

The Kuwa is getting a lot out outings at the moment, at least when it its not raining. Cloudy day today, but a bit warmer (10C and not too windy)


I got a little video of a large herd of deer parting in front of me on the track - but don't seem to be able to upload it. Nevermind.


Got to the park relatively early (for a Sunday) which is preferable to trying to ride around it when the horde descend around 10am
