Got dive-bombed by bats and saw Mr Bowie in his Jareth-guise. Spooky season is almost here and the vibes continued the theme at Thrift...

Actually, it´s yesterday´s ride

As our local MTB club is celebrating 30 yrs, they´re organizing a little fun xc-race with a devoted 26" category. So the wifey and I took out our old crappy survivor 26-ers and did a little test ride in and around the local woods...




About 2 hrs of fun and ready for next week´s anniversary fun race...

Spent the weekend doing a deep clean and switching from dry to wet lube for the season ahead, weather ended up being pretty good today which was nice to test going from 38 to 42t up front which lead to a few new pbs Sadly the weather outlooks pretty bleak for the next week or two so probably about time to start getting powder coat estimates which I can then get done during downtime - what colour scheme to go for is gonna give me some trouble

So the wife pretty.much ordered me to go out after work today...... oh the humanity haha. Took the dynatech solaris for a spin as it was still pleasantly dry and warm. Not many miles, 10 of that but enough to get the juices flowing and a smile on my face.
