That’s my wife way ahead of me on today’s ride.

Ankle still a touch swollen but movement is 95% normal, so a spin on Bee last night ducking the showers...

...followed by as much elevation as I could cram into an early doors ride on the road. It's mad that it's "safer" in the dark on the country lanes, although you do need to watch out for kamikaze rabbits. Loved getting the lungs pumping out of Mousehole. Light 10-12 SW breeze, and distinct 2-3 degree difference between the south and west sides of the peninsula: 10-13/14 degrees. Lovely stuff with Lizard point clear as day.

Little over 20 mile bimble on the Bonty, bit breezy and overcast but not bad at all really, as usual it's just good to be out and about. Sometimes I struggle to actually get out at the weekend after a week of commuting but I never regret it when I do make the effort.
