It was world MTB day yesterday so I hope we all got out. It was a lovely after work shred, 17 degrees, 10-12mph NWN breeze, some high cloud but mainly blue skies and golden sunshine. Got a few arm bramble slaps, so 10/10. Bee was just

Absolutely!I totally forget about the day of mtb...but I did NOT forget to ride my mtb yesterday!
sadly, I don't have mtb trails here, but a ride is still a ride, isn't it?

It's pouring down here and I did a hard ride yesterday so I am spending the day in the workshop
so far:
- nothing has fallen irretrievably underneath the workbench
- nothing has stripped/threaded/seized
- everything has gone as it should
- I discovered a nice stainless steel free hub body on a pair of Hope wheels hanging in the workshop
- the R4 programme on sharks was excellent
