Today's Ride

The calm after a very changeable week of sharp showers, strong winds and a shed load of people for the Lafrowda festival.

This morning, 15 degrees, felt like 13, 10-12 W breeze, mix of blue skies and high cloud with some very small but heavy showers, that created some cracking rainbows throughout the ride around the peninsula. Good to stretch the legs before the drive up to Bristol for Men I Trust tonight.

You're not wrong- made especially so by the recent purchase of some dedicated cycle under-shorts😲😍 Now, if I can just get something to stop my knees hurting on those steep ascents...:rolleyes:🤣
Ah I had the same issue and found the remedy.

Muscles.

When I started hard commuting - 20 mls per day - painful on the knees then suddenly they stopped hurting as the musculature built up
