Yesterday. Modern saddle, no discomfort.

I did the same yesterday. I love a set of new tires but they are still so sticky that I got bombarded with dust and gravel everytime I left the asphalt, most of it ended up in my shoes....

I know what you mean about the gravel on new tyres! - I tend to ride them about bit on the tarmac for a couple of rides before heading off-road - especially with repaints!!

Today's ride was another (almost done) build, down to the Thames on the way to the park..



The Park was largely deserted...apart from the wildlife which was awesome...



When does a Gosling become a Goose?.. These guys must be right on the point between the two. I was watching the Swifts over the lake and these youngsters waddle up to me...I suspect they though I might have food... Mother Goose stood watch just to my right



As the sun set, the flies come up over the lake, loads of Swifts were bombing over the lake taking quick snacks on the wing... you can just see them as tiny blurs in this photo.


A beautiful 12km ride this evening.

Thanks ! I'll probably do a build thread when it's finished (Needs a front derailleur and a couple of other things sorted!) Painting with Kandy was 'interesting'.
