Didn't ride y-day. Went for a walk instead. 16 unintended miles later, very burnt and sore.

Today, still drained from that adventure only went out for an hour. It was all I could manage.

22°c. Light breeze. Very dry.

Very nIce, I went out for a longer local ride on me tod.......7 miles in and had to get Karen to collect me as the valve had departed from the tube and I didn’t Have a spare ......maybe tomorrow

Grass. Few of us out for a ride one day, middle of nowhere and friend got a puncture, filled his tyre with grass, packed in large clumps, got him home fine. Worked so well he didnt put a new tube in for a few days after Of course if you have someone who will come pick you up, but just in case its worth remembering

A nice 20-ish mile loop yesterday evening once things had cooled down a bit!

Had to give the new HS33s a good test. Few PBs coming down some nice fast singletrack. Gorgeous evening.

Commute. Out and back. 21°c for the morning run. Decided to deviate from usual route as was expecting heavy footfall, was a good call.
Usual way home, 24°c, more uphill so slower average. Didn't stop for pictures, interrupts the flow.
Light breeze both ways. Bit knackered.
