If you don't mind destroying the seatpost. Put the post in a big vice and use the frame as a lever.
I’ve sawn a few stuck posts out using the lengthways slit method when all else has failed. This method really does rely on patience/skill (in my case that means accuracy is more likely!). I set the frame up at a height I could work at while sat down and did a bit every night, it really isn’t a fun task. Sometimes you have to saw/peel a bit more, keep adding some sort of penetrant and eventually it comes out. Something like this lets you use the whole length of the blade. I was tempted to use a metal blade in my reciprocating saw but soon realised that method was quick but very risky for the frame!
*edit - if you’re patient/accurate it’s probably the lowest impact on a delicate frame option

Took me three weeks of slow sawing with Plus Gas to get it out
