Next 2 projects, 90 Pine Mountain and 93 IFT. Aiming to go back to catalogue spec or as near as I can on both.

The Zolatone paint on the Pine Mountain is pretty trashed with rust so a trip to the sand blaster is planned. I was loathe to do this as I really like the texture but not knowing what is under the paint means stripping back to metal and powder coating is the safest bet long term.

The IFT was my dream bike so stripping, the laquer and lots of polishing is in my future. Just off to collect the replacement decals for the Manitou MSport forks.

Hi guys, just got a good deal with someone. He wanted my vintage backpack trade with his classic 1998 entry level Bolinas Ridge. The frame states it uses "Marin custom triple butted tange tubing". It seems pretty good material back then for a low budget entry level bike?
