Personal opinion only, but crazy to ride without guards with all the standing water, even on the nice daysThis is why I use mudguards, this was one 20 mile ride.

Agreed.Personal opinion only, but crazy to ride without guards with all the standing water, even on the nice days
As a self professed 'drafting queen' I wholeheartedly agree. Occasionally we've been caught out in the wet without mudguards... I hang back significantly to avoid muddy spray but it's still not a pleasant experience! With you on the mudguard thingy. Not just for yourself but think of your buddies behind
The Spa titanium audax frame is good About Ā£800 and better than the PX cos it can fit guards
ABBA missed a trick there I think....As a self professed 'drafting queen' I wholeheartedly agree.
Sweet Ride ā¢ Campagnolo2021 Trek Emonda. Bought it a couple months back but it's more of an all year round bike. My steel bikes and Wilier are too nice for salted roads but this does the job perfectly. Wheels in picture are from Wilier and now have a small U.K. brand 35mm wheelset fitted. 30mm tubeless tyres and carbon bars with ISO Zone pads keep it comfy enough.

Looks good to me. Just stick some guards on it and job done! Why would my Ritchey Swiss Cross not be a winter bike? rofl ...
Ride it, clean a little and back into the shed. sleep ...repeat.
Hilarious
