I ride either 5" full suspension or fully rigid.... despite being a Hardtail fan/FS sceptic for years and years, the advent advent of platform shocks converted me wholeheartedly to FS for my 'main' bike.
But i still love the simplicity of rigid bikes, the consistent geometry, and the riding experience.
That said I have put some slightly more forgiving forks on my rigid bike, as the RC30s where a bit too harsh at times
