The Seatpost - what size does it take (or Shim size)
And seatpost clamp/collar - what size would this be?

I think the seatpost is a 30.0, not sure about the collar though, I'll do some research about the seatpost as I used to have a 600.

I have a shim and seatpost in mine but having problems as no clamp seems to be able to keep it tight - I think I might be making a mistake in the size
