Really like this, top end Technium with U-brake... but it's in Norfolk, which may as well be Mongolia to me. Last time I drove there I couldn't believe how far away from civilisation it was...

Anyway, bike looks like an easy resto:

Re:

I hadn't spotted the odd wheels. My technium lunched its back wheel back in the day - it was some crappy Araya job which I replaced with a nice mavic ceramic job. Then I killed it by riding into a wheelbarrow full of hot tar. Frame unbonded and hurty burnt skin...

Re:

Well that was weird - it got relisted. Final price was £42 which seems like a bargain to me. Anyway you've all got another chance now

Re:

I was the under-bidder, but have not received any 2nd chance offer, so I suspect I was bidding against his mate!
Why don't they just put a reserve on it?

Add a reserve or just a but it now/best offer!

I chucked in a cheeky bid too (probably the under-under bidder) as I'm back in Norfolk this weekend. I also suspect a bit of shill-bidding too.

EDIT: The winning bidder has a 71% bidding activity with the seller and looking back through previous sales he's bid up several of his own items. Presumably pointless reporting this sort of stuff as hard to prove?
