Orange P7 - info please

Hi, Orange is new to me, can anyone tell me about this frame?
I think it’s 2000…

Expecting 80mm travel?
Iirc the p7 replaced the orange prestige, which had 7 tange prestige tubes.

Hence the name, although I think Orange ordered up their own custom Tubes with the name change to P7.

These make up an excellent steel bike.

What in particular are you looking to find out?

I’ve never had an orange, I wanted to find the year for the catalogue and look at other bikes/builds.
I don’t know if I’ll build it or sell it…
I’m a bit overloaded at the moment, I really should sell.
If I keep it a Kona will have to go instead.

I've got 2 oranges and 2 konas in my personal collection.
It's good to keep a balance

Think this is later than 2002 tbh, more like 2008/10? I’ll have a look.

P7 didn’t really replace the Prestige, it was a different style of bike but kept the name line, like the C16/Clockwork although they followed each other (16th different revision of the Clockwork) in a way the P7/Prestige didn’t.

What makes you think it’s 2008-10?
I’d settled on 2002 from the serial number info.
