Pleasant unexpected find - 1990 Zolatone Team Marin

Mainly apart now and very happy so far.

Frame appears in good order for age, tiny bit of surface rust below bb needs some rust converter.

Forks have come up lovely, some black paint spots on them that I am afraid to tackle near to the decals having got a bit too close to one of the M's :(
Hoping the stem and bars will clean and polish up to the same colour. I need to take them into Boots to get some nail polish that matches for the chips. Bought some blind and was way too dark.

Rear wheel cleaned up a treat.

Re:

That's coming up a treat. Try some plastic razor blades on the black paint, auto detailers swear by them. I use them pretty frequently, also great for getting nasty stuck on food off pots without scratching them up :)
