I used the NHS online calculator but the calc is as follows:

BMI = Wt / (Ht. x Ht.)

(Wt. in Kg & Ht. in metres)

80kg / BMI 25.3 : Slightly over weight it says. I should be between 58.5kg and 79.3kg / 9.2st and 12.4st not a hope in hell :?

Amatuer.

Mine is 28.7 according to NHS choices.

They don't really take enough information to make it meaningful.

I guess most people who score high are either bodybuilding, in which case they know why they score abnormally, or could do with a reminder to take a look.

For me, I go up and down a couple of stone over winter and summer, depending on how much fluid I intake or protein I eat.
 
Alright, reviving this for the winter tubbies... Starting early this year, see if I can make some inroads before Christmas. I've invested in a Smart turbo and Zwift, let's see how I get on with video game biking...
