76kg down from 80kg courtesy of the NHS.
The last time I was at that weight was at High School :?

That's me down another Kg that's me 75kg now :?
Wish that could have been under different circumstances.

Up to 77kg now, but that was with all my kit on :cool:

Re:

Managed to lose a couple of Kilo's since the start of the year, not sure how exactly as I've not made any great change to my lifestyle. Finished with work for a month so starting a diet and gonna get out walking and cycling regularly so hoping to see a vast improvement over the coming weeks.

Weight 81kg
BMI 29

Re:

Week one of the diet is almost done and starting to see some good results, pretty tough going but trying to stick with it. Apparently my target weight range is 51.6 - 70kg, don't think it's possible to get to the lower end of that! but I'll be happy if I'm around the 70kg mark.

Weight 77.5kg
BMI 27.7

Re:

Cheers Clubby, I'm on track for what I should be losing for this diet so quite pleased with how it's going so far. Was feeling a bit hacked off with it the past couple of days but having seen the result now for my efforts it's made me want to stick with it. Not sure if the weight loss will continue at this pace but just going to take it week by week and see how I feel (hungry no doubt :LOL: ).

Excellent :)

Col how do you work out your BMI again I've been shown before but I forget.

I used the NHS online calculator but the calc is as follows:

BMI = Wt / (Ht. x Ht.)

(Wt. in Kg & Ht. in metres)
