Quick run this morning 4.5miles + some physical jerking :)
 
is this some kind of new Men's Health exercise program based around epilepsy and/or masturbation?
 
1 hour and 5 mins on the turbo today (new personal best) to counteract the beer this weekend, feeling a bit stronger in the legs these days but really fancy a proper run out, alas morvs working again the morra so turbo in the hall calls... :?
 
20 miler maiden road ride on 'old glory'. Felt pretty good, could probably do with wider bars though (40cm).

Avoided physical jerks afterwards, just coffee and cake.
