It kinda pivots at the same place but pivot point looks like 2 or 3 times the height, wish I could explain this in text. I could give you pratical demostrations to back up what Im trying to say.

Looking for some suggestion for accommodation in Fort William. reasonable rates and bike friendly would be good.

Ben Nevis inn was ok and they had B&B accomodation or do you need town centre?

Bunkhouse with bar ....

http://www.farrcottage.com/ I stayed here, good enough and nice people that run it, in corpach so not too far away. Smiddy bunkhouse in corpach is meant to be good too. Both are around a mile from neptunes staircase , so 4 or 5 miles from Nevis range I guess.
