Maclean's Featherweight - Mid 40s

Bought a Maclean's Featherweight the other day.
Frame No K333 which looks like it will be post war around 1946.

Frame number K333 on drive side seat tube and rear of fork crown.
The front fork is not drilled for a brake, So I'm thinking that Resilion brakes would have been fitted.

Hi, nice catch, date looks spot on, those rear stay brazons may be for a custom rack, the ends of which slot in, that would leave the mudguard eye for, strangely enough the mudguards, will we see it built up this winter ? Thanks Terry

Thanks Terry, Hopefully built up over Winter. It will be a oily rag build with no restoration.

No markings or numbers on steerer, I've read that some Maclean's had tubing information on them.

Seat tube is 27.2mm.
