I would have thought it obvious that the people who are growing the lupins are the ones who will take control, They would manage and work it on an equitable and democratic basis.

And what happens at the end of the day when these utopians (let's call them the Pigs, for argument's sake) you speak of find out that 30% off the top of what they produced that day get's given to people who just didn't feel like growing lupins, and chose to stay at home watching Maury Povich (or whatever that guy's daytime show is over there)? The Pigs are going to decide to take a bigger portion for themselves and cut off the couch surfers, that's what. Like I said, neither one of you can come up with any rational alternative. You (two) just keep bleating about how oppressed you (seem to think you) are.

I don't agree with the suggestion that significant numbers of people would want to sit about watching tv all day. Would you? Sounds like hell to me. Why would people want to do that when they could be contributing to the common good and gaining respect and the just rewards for doing it?

Capitalists have a very negative view of people. I think they judge everyone by their own morals and standards. I suppose it justifies their actions.

Things don't become irrational just because you say so. Do you consider the system currently destroying our future to be a"rational alternative"

btw... I don't bleat, this is a discussion, no one forced you to join in. Also fyi, I am not oppressed despite living under an oppressive system.
