pah no such thing

any hoos how about they just work for the goverment doing local community stuff as a way of keeping them happy...like voluntary work for charities and stuff.......when i was unemployable(small joke on behalf) i would happily worked for a charity or shelters ect....wouldnt bother me...

further foot note...where i live most of the people i see on the street are jobless....some are driving newer cars then me with no visible means of income yet seem to afford new cars...some dont bother getting dressed at all but spend the day leaning against the gate yakking to the next door dealers/friends ect....some just sit on the doorstep all day long in summer...on one occasion i left for work and they were sitting on the doorstep at 8 in the morning...when i came back at the end of the day they were still sitting there...thats what gets my goat...

the only solution really is to alter the whole system of goverment ..not just a part ,,

A good friend of mine drives a VERY new car and is not gainfully employed.

He got it on motability and the total cost, to him, was £280.

His tax is paid, as are his tyres and servicing.. literally all he has to do is put fuel in it and insure it..

Bloody good for him, I say

You know what gibble....you should move nearer to me....everyone is uppercrust and working as well ;) poor bas****s

Round here fat people get given buggys and then wheel their fat arses up the chip stall five times a day.....gets my goat as I can only afford chips once a day........and I have to cycle there as well.........

My plans are itinerant craftsman and repair man, I will be supporting me no one else, well me and my cat, but for now I am in part time education studying for a BA in Applied Art with a view to being able to call myself a metalsmith via academic and professional qualifications as it seems in society now people are only entitled to call themselves whatever dependant on a piece of paper proving training has been done. My employment history was aircraft technician, plant repair, marine repair and domestic appliance repair, I was also a silversmith, but I had a nervous breakdown leading to where I am now, a stage of life that has taught me a lot, I now have empathy for the challenged whereas I did not have before. Boot on the other foot, it is a helpful lesson to be understood.

A man of your many talents should be able to find work without too much trouble. Have you thought about moving to another part of the country to find work?

I wished you lived here...I wouldn't have to work 90hours a week if you did, and you would have a good job!

Like I said in another post, I am working out the after affects of a nervous breakdown which resulted in loss of marriage, loss of job, loss of home and finally loss of my car, moving to a friendlier part of the country where I had memories, getting a well paid job inside of a week and being made redundant one day before two years employment was worked. The result, deep depression and a couple of end it attempts as everything I had worked hard for was gone, at past forty I had achieved nothing. So education was a way forward, retrain, get a degree like everybody else in the job queues so I stand a chance, but college has given me a label to bear, I have been diagnosed as with aspergers syndrome, that and dyspraxia, which goes some way to explain some things, but creates problems in other areas, employability being one of them. So an option, self employed me my own boss taskmaster and only me to blame when it goes wrong, self employment is my only way forward, either that or a life of benefits and what the government schemes up next to punish the unfortunate.

one charmer is in his 20s...has no problem parking it in the middle of the road ..blocking the way through while he plays thumping choons with his hoodie buddies....standing out side the special house they all like a lot...

Get what your saying but you have been offered work just now and turned it down with a catalogue of "reasons" that is what happens round here all the time.................a guy sits in my street near my shop begging and gets offered work at forty pound a day.....he says I'd rather sit here mate.......that is what you have just done.
