One of the rougher Hots I just found ! 15.5" as it's had it's seat-tube lopped off.

Apologies, I missed this one. Just added:

H09607080 - 16" 1997 Red, Goathead Dropouts. Original Decals. Top of seat-tube removed. No picture of SN.

and like mine (1522) this one also doesn't appear to have a ribbed down tube.
