:LOL: with your bike "history" I'd say calling it "one in the eye" is a compliment! ;)


Looks good to me, if you still want to get it to around 20lbs then a tyre change can drop a pound of weight quite easily. (as inchanging to different, lighter tyres, not dropping the tyres off the rims completely! :LOL: ).

Cheers both.....! I think.

Tyres are Geax something or another's, got them cheap off the bay, can't remember exactly what they weigh but about the lightest tyre I could find at the time. Now fitted that new seat post and I think it's added about half a pound.... :facepalm:

As is my way, not sure whether I will keep it like this as a Cinder Cone frame is on the way and some of these bits *may* end up on him.... :oops: :roll:

Na, there's a conversation going on in my head that goes around about once every 24 hours and comes back to the same point - leave this as is and build the Kona up properly with retro stuff. As in, all the stuff I've sold over the last few months and now regret.... :facepalm:
