Next, process of elimination.
A thin wooden wedge is required
Lets get the derailleur on the top sprocket and wedge the body so it can't loose tension. Most derailleurs have a gap in the body when on the top sprocket, stick the wedge in the gap. It won't harm to screw the 'H' screw right in as well, so that derailleur isn't going nowhere!
Stomp it up a hill.
See what happens..........
