It's an injury RTA. There's a duty to report it as soon as is reasonably practicably, and in any case within 24hrs. There's probably a good argument to finger her for careless offences too, so make sure you report it.

hope you get sorted, i only got the retail money for my new cannondale back when i got ran over, parts were worth double.......but i did get a nice lump sum for my injuries.

yo mark send her a tx saying if she doesn't respond by 10am tomorrow morning your going down the police station to take it further that is the proper way to handle it if you get know reply they will take it further and court case will be started also go to compass street council office and ask for a copy of the cctv for that day when you got it and keep it as your copy (ps utube and post a link here too )

Council wont give you a copy of the CCTV due to Data Protection laws etc etc although if its been reported to the police they can get a copy etc etc .
