It's finally happened ......

Yeah, I'm going through a really good solicitor, they're doing a good job for me.

The driver was unsympathetic so I don't feel so bad about him being prosecuted too.

Don't be sympathetic, bleed them dry and get every penny you can.

check out if you will have any medical bills to pay, even in the uk you can be billed for all treatment as a result of a rta

make sure you factor it into any claim

Really gld youve survived it fellow, though the damage is sever its life that most important and the bike secondary.
Silly women drivers just do not think.
Ive cycled into a couple of doors suddenly opened by women not looking. The always state they were but how you can miss a bright hi vis is beyond me.
Last time she opened the door with her foot whilst rummaging in the glovebox, probably for the make up.Prick of a copper tried to tell me i i must have been too close
Hope her insurance hammers her for it

Thats really harsh. Just checked out your photos of bike and face.
Its always on my mind and I try to do everything possible to minimize an accident occuring but sometimes it comes looking for you and there's nothing you can do..

Rest up and heal up!
