ID HELP - is this a 1991 Koga Miyata Ridge Runner?

Hi, can anyone id if this is a 1991 Koga Miyata Ridge Runner frameset? I doubt that the decals are not original but I want to hear your thoughts.

Below a 1990 RidgeRunner.

Your frame is a probably 1990 or possibly 1991 (Koga) Miyata frame. Repainted with a decal set sourced on the internet probably. The lugs are aluminium. The forks and rear triangle are steel. Tubing in front triangle is aluminium or carbon.

This frame has a brazed steel tail with tapered stays. The Century has non-tapered aluminium tubing glued and bolted to aluminium dropouts.

You are undoubtedly right as my knowledge of Miyata's isn't that good.
But these features screamed Century to me.
