Ibis Szazbo Titanium frame

Yes, I did ride it at Cannock.
Not Ti, just a slightly mucky metallic gold colour:

All the best,

I had an aluminum Szazbo. Pedalled exceedingly well. Was aware of the ti-bows, of course, but have never seen a ti Szazbo. Rare might be an understatement.

That's really cool

but my OCD just can't cope with the scabby nut ...

Go on then, what's its approx value ?

WD :D

I know what you mean about the scabby nut...Probably original, though.
Mine had those and the rough old over-long bolts on the shock, too.
Swapped them out quickly enough.

All the best,

Some nice touches there re cable stops.

Nut and bolt definitely should be replaced for neater ones.

How do the urt frames ride? It would bother me for the bb and subsequently pedals move relative to saddle.

the bb and subsequently pedals move relative to saddle.
They do, but the leverage ratio is about 4:1, so even at full travel the BB-Saddle distance reduces by just over an inch.

The pivot location and URT give that facility to change the suspension character as you ride by sitting or standing, and by shifting your centre of gravity forward and back relative to the pivot position.
It takes some getting used to, but XC performance is excellent.

Here's the blurb:

All the best,

Yeah i have to agree about the nut/bolt! I'm hoping he rebuilds it.

I've had a couple of chaps get in touch about value, i have no idea, it's one of those 'it's worth as much as someones willing to pay' jobs, the chap said he paid over £3k for it new, any ideas on todays price?
