For cleaning what you need is a "FLEX-HONE TOOL Flexible Cyl Hone" they work great, after all that is what they do on cylinder bores..

But i will stay with the 27.0 post

Also, if you have any bottle cage bolts, bosses, or rivnuts that extend into the seat tube, make sure that you stay above them or you'll break the stones and/or bend the arms.

I use a round file wrapped with wire wool attached to a battery drill, works a treat, been using it for years,
