No worries. As the shim is going to be really thin I’m thinking that stainless might be a better option as an aluminium one might collapse during the fitting. Anyone know what the “normal” tolerance is for a headset/headtube fit?
I’ve been considering it as I’m beginning to think I might get this finished this year. Just need to to persuade @Rog to part with a set of rims and @scant to sell me his seat post and we’re done(ish).
