Im sure I actually DID id this when I got it years ago but err I forgot what it is. Ivaguely remember something old and French...

Thinking of replacing the seat tube as it's cracked or selling it as is. Lovely smooth lugless and fancy lugs on the head tube. It came to me with no paint and I rattle canned it years ago.

British, despite the name. The lamp bracket on the right fork blade suggests a British bike. Are the threads BSC?

Well, there's a market for them, but the cost of replacing the seat tube plus a new paint job is going to put most buyers off. The Galibier is the one people seem to go for.
