Frame ID

Hello all. I just picked up what I believe to be a very early Moots road frame. I am looking for any info about it including year and to confirm 100% it is a Moots. I found a 1983 catalog online and it seems to match the description well as it has A Cinelli bottom bracket and Reynolds 531 tubing along with frame features that are very Moots. It has been repainted silver but the two tone pics are the OG paint. The cantilever mounts were brazed on by a frame builder when the previous owner has the bike painted. So:
1) Is it a Moots? If not what is it?
2) What year was it made?
3) keep the Canti mounts or have a builder remove them?

Well that catalogue page has it with Shimano vertical dropouts, yet your frame has horizontal Campag.

I would keep it as it is, whatever it is it is a lovely frameset.

Judging by the fact that it has so many different options listed in the catalog I don’t think the dropouts being Campagnolo mean a whole lot. Unless you know for sure.

I just realized I posted the wrong catalog page. That page is for the Mountaineer. This is not a Mountaineer this is a road frame. I will upload the correct page.

The black Moots frame pictured almost certainly has Campagnolo dropouts, so I would guess this is a Moots frame. Probably mid/late 80's
